Making of Chicken Fried Rice

In this video, I explain how to prepare an easy Chinese style fried rice and chilli chicken. This dish is very easy to prepare and it tastes really yummy.

Let’s start cooking with love.

Ingredients:-

1. Basmati Rice – 2 Cups
2. Big Onion (Finely Chopped) – 1 Nos
3. Garlic (Finely Chopped) – 1 1/2 Tbs
4. Carrot – 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
5. Capsicum – 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
6. Spring Onion – 1/4th cup (Chopped)
7. Eggs – 2 Nos
8. Chicken (Small Cubes) – 1/2 Cup
9. Oil – 2-3 Tbs
10. Pepper Powder – 3/4th Tsp
11. Salt – As Required
12. Soya Sauce – 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp
13. Chilli Garlic Or Chilli Sauce – 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp

For Marination:-

1. Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
2. Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
3. Salt – 1/4th Tsp to 2 Tsp Or A Pinch
