How to make Udampori or Sweet Bonda? Here is an easy method

Hello dear friends, this is my 253th Vlog. In this video I have demonstrated an easy way to make Udampori, Pazhacake, Sweet Bonda.

Undan pori is a snack which is seen in the traditional teashops (Chayakkada) of Kerala as an evening snack. This recipe is very similar to the unniyappam but the difference is that it is much bigger in size than unniyappam. It was a usual snack that we got in our schooldays after coming from school. It is crispy and crunchy outside but soft and puffy inside. Undan pori is a good companion for evening tea or coffee.

How to make undampori in easy method? Lets start… Required Ingredients are Palayankodan pazham ( Mysore Poovan ) – 5 nos, Sugar – 1 Cup, Wheat flour – 4 Cups, Soda bicarbonate – 3/4 tsp, Salt – 1/4 tsp, Cardamon powder – 1 tsp, Water – 1 Cup + 1/4 Cup (Total), Refined oil – For FryingWater – 11/2 Cup.
