This video explains how to prepare easy milagai podi recipe which is very easy to use and easy to make as well. It is one of my daughter’s favorites too.
Here I make easy milagai podi recipe with just two ingredients.
1. Urad Dal- 1 Cup
2. Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 Tbs (Heaped)
Let’s start cooking with love
In a pan add Urad Dal. Prefer a metal heavy-bottomed pan and saute without oil until it turns reddish-brown in a medium flame.
Wait a few minutes then add the chilly powder to it. Never add chilly powder when the urad dal is too hot.
Transfer your content to another bowl and add salt to taste.
When the mix reaches the moderate temperature grind it using a mixer.
Your milagai podi is ready to use.
Store it in an air-tight container.
