Today I’m going to prepare easy milagai podi recipe
Which is very easy to use and easy to make its one of my daughter’s favorite


1. Urad Dal- 1 Cup
2. Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 Tbs (Heaped)

Let’s start cooking with love

In a pan add urad Dal prefer a metal heavy-bottomed pan and saute without oil until it turns reddish-brown in a medium

wait few minutes then add Chilly powder to it never add chilly powder when the urad dal is in too hot

transfer your content to another bowl and add salt to taste

when the mix reaches to the moderate temperature grind it using a mixer…

Your milagai podi is ready to use…

Store it in to airtight container
