Hello dear friends, this is my 300th Vlog. This is In this video I demonstrate an easy way to make Easy Jalebi.

Jalebi, also known as zulbia, jilapi, mushabak and zalabia, is an Arab and Indian sweet snack popular all over South Asia, and the Middle East. This dessert can be served warm or cold. They have a somewhat chewy texture with a crystallized sugary exterior coating.

How to make Easy Jalebi? Hope you all will enjoy this video.

Urad dal – 1 Cup (Heaped )
Water – 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1 Pinch
Cornflour – 1/2 – 1 Cup
Orange red food colour
Sugar – 2 Cup
Water -11/2 – 2 Cups
Refined oil
Orange red food colour – 1 Pinch
Cardamon powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbs
Ghee – 1 – 2 tsp
