Let’s learn how to prepare Easy Chana (Chickpea) Biriyani Recipe in an easier way.

Hii my dear Friends today I’m going to introduce you a new recipe

it’s very easy and tasty this is one of my signature recipes
which is in my old book too…

I have made the same recipe in the magic oven long ago..

so now I’m gonna Recreate It

So let’s Start happy cooking with Love

Ingredients:-

Chana – 1 Cup (Soaked)
Basmati Rice- 2 Cups
Big Onion (2 Medium)- Finely Chopped
Green Chillies- 2-4 Nos
Tomato- 1 (Remove seeds and finely chop)
Ghee- 3 Tbs
Cinnamon- 2 Small sticks
Cloves- 5 Nos
Cardamom- 5 Nos
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder- 2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves- 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Boiling Water- 3 Cups
Salt- According To Taste

Take a heavy-bottomed pan and switch on the flame and add 3 tbsp of ghee
when it melt add 2 cinnamon small stick and add cloves and cardamom when it’s getting nice aroma to add
chopped big onion and green chilies and a pinch of salt and saute it well when its turn brownish
add turmeric and chilly powder of 1 tsp add tomato to it and saute well for few seconds..and then add
few coriander leaves of 3/4 cup and add washed basmati rice and mix well and saute it 3 minutes…
now add soaked chickpeas..do switch off the flame and transfer the content to
a cooker and adjust the salt and add 3 cups of boiling water and mix well and cook well for 2 whistles
in a medium flame…

Open the cooker after when the steam is completely gone and seasoned with coriander leaves…

Serve hot…
